Mr. Eyal Agmoni is an experienced investor and entrepreneur with over 35 years in property and private equity investments across Europe and Asia. He is the Founder and Chairman of Chartered Group, overseeing a portfolio of companies across Japan, Singapore, Germany, Thailand, Luxembourg, and Israel. He holds multiple MBAs from the New York Stern School of Business, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and HEC School of Management, alongside a finance degree from the City University of London. He also serves on the International Advisory Board at Tel Aviv University, contributing his expertise to the financial and academic sectors. Fluent in Hebrew, English, and Japanese, Mr. Agmoni leads Chartered Investment Managers in driving strategic investments and business growth across global markets.
Ms. Ai Lin serves as a Managing Director in the company, where she is instrumental in securing investments and driving the growth of portfolio companies. Her expertise in this role builds on a distinguished career, including her previous position as Managing Director of Private Client Services at Mercer (formerly Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group), where she dedicated nine years to crafting sophisticated planning solutions for discerning clients. Her career began in banking, where she specialized in client relationship management and investment advisory services. Ms. Ai Lin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne. Additionally, she is a certified Family Office Advisor from the Wealth Management Institute in Singapore. She is fluent in both English and Chinese.
Ms. Kiyomi is responsible for overseeing middle office operations for the firm’s venture capital funds and other financial products. Her previous roles include Manager of Transfer Agency in Global Fund Services Asia at Northern Trust, a US-based financial services firm, and Principal at Ant Capital Partners, a prominent Japanese private equity firm known as a pioneer in buyout investment. With over 17 years of expertise in fund administration, private equity investment, and related business domains, Kiyomi significantly contributes to the firm’s daily operations and strategic initiatives. Kiyomi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Keio University, a Master of Arts in International Relations from the International University of Japan, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is proficient in both Japanese and English.
As the Human Resource and Office Manager, Ms. Avelyn plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive secretarial support to our CEO, as well as overseeing office operations and HR functions for our Singapore office. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous position as a Personal Assistant at St. Joseph’s Institution International Ltd, where she excelled in providing high-level executive support, coordinating events, managing travel arrangements and HR duties. Avelyn has demonstrated a consistent ability to handle confidential information with discretion and support senior management with exceptional efficiency. Ms. Avelyn’s diverse experience and adept skill set make her an invaluable asset to our team, contributing significantly to the seamless operation of our Singapore office. She is proficient in both English and Chinese.
Ms. Mei Chee brings over 20 years of expertise in accounting, finance, with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Throughout her career, she has worked across various sectors, including Reits, Financial Industry, Manufacturing. This extensive experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the financial intricacies in both traditional and emerging industries. Ms. Mei Chee specializes in full-cycle finance management driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency. She is proficient in both English and Mandarin. She is known for her meticulous approach and comprehensive industry knowledge.
Ms. Anchana Panitpichet is a finance professional with over 20 years in real estate, construction, and regional financial management across Singapore and Asia. She specialises in fund finance, including fund-level accounting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and investor reporting. At Chartered Investment Managers, Ms. Anchana ensures financial discipline and transparency across investment structures. She oversees complex financial reporting, delivering accurate and timely insights that support internal decision-making and meet investor expectations. Her strong grounding in audits, tax matters, and regulatory compliance within Singapore’s financial framework reinforces the firm’s commitment to governance and risk management. Recognised for her analytical rigour and professional integrity, Ms. Anchana is a trusted partner across finance and business functions, strengthening financial operations and supporting effective decision-making. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the International Program at Bangkok University.
Ms. Suki commands the strategic oversight of marketing collateral development and execution across all organizational divisions. Her responsibilities span the full spectrum of the company's business activities, encompassing the meticulous management of both internal and external branding initiatives. This includes the strategic oversight of digital and print materials, conference assets, and social media content, ensuring that all creative outputs are impeccably aligned with the company’s esteemed brand standards and strategic imperatives. Prior to her current role, Ms. Suki led the creative department at a prominent Japanese multinational corporation, where she significantly enhanced the company’s social media footprint. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Marketing from Coventry University in the United Kingdom and is fluent in both English and Chinese.
